1. Who we are
EasyLife（易生活）is an independent product-discovery website at easylife-deals.pages.dev. We publish write-ups of cheap and unusual products and link out to third-party retailers. We do not sell anything ourselves and we do not process payments.

2. What we collect
2.1 Information you give us
Very little. You can browse the entire site without an account. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit, our hosting provider and analytics may record standard technical data:
- IP address (usually truncated or anonymised before it is stored)
- Approximate location derived from IP — country/region level, not a street address
- Browser type, operating system, device type and screen size
- Pages viewed, referring URL, and time on page
- A randomly generated identifier stored in a cookie or in local storage
2.3 What we do NOT collect
- Your name, postal address or phone number
- Your card number, bank details or any payment credential — purchases happen on the retailer's own site, and we never see that data
- Your order contents or order value at line-item level
3. Cookies and local storage
This site uses two categories of storage:

Third-party cookies set by retailers. When you click a "Grab deal" link, you leave our site and land on the retailer. The retailer sets its own tracking cookie so it can attribute any purchase back to us — that is how we get paid. These cookies belong to the retailer, not to us, and are governed by the retailer's privacy policy. Typical lifespans run from 24 hours to 30 days.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking them does not break this site; it only means the retailer may not attribute your purchase to us (you still pay the same price).
4. How we use information
- To operate the site and keep it fast and readable
- To understand which guides and deals people actually find useful
- To detect abuse, scraping and other bad traffic
- To reply to you if you email us
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not use your data to make automated decisions that affect you.
5. Affiliate links
Outbound commercial links are routed through /go/<id> and marked
rel="sponsored nofollow". When you click one, we record an anonymous event
("link X was clicked") to measure interest. No personal identifiers are attached to that

6. Third-party services
The following categories of provider may process data on our behalf:
- Hosting / CDN — serves the pages you request and keeps basic access logs.
- Analytics — aggregate, privacy-oriented traffic measurement.
- Email — delivers messages you send us.
- Affiliate networks — attribute purchases made through our links.
Each is bound by its own agreement and may only process data for the purpose we specify.
7. International transfers
Our hosting and analytics providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent legal mechanism.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:
- Access — ask what personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate data.
- Deletion — ask us to erase your data.
- Objection / restriction — object to certain processing.
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Opt out of sale — we do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of; we state this explicitly for CCPA/CPRA compliance.

9. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Data retention
Aggregate analytics are kept for up to 26 months. Emails you send us are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle by our hosting provider.
11. Security
The site is served over HTTPS end to end. We keep no user database and no payment credentials, which removes the most valuable target for an attacker in the first place. No system is perfectly secure, but we minimise what there is to lose.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the site. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
